At the age of 13, Claire Wineland founded Claire’s Place Foundation with the mission to provide heartfelt assistance to the families of children and to individuals diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. 15 years later, and with countless lives impacted, her legacy continues through the Extended Hospital Stay and Work Proudly programs.
